Reinstalling ROES for MAC

Step 1: Delete the ProDPI ROES Icon on your desktop.


Step 2: Delete the ProDPI ROES Program from your Applications folder.


Step 3: From your desktop, click "Go" and then "Go To Folder".

Step 4: This step will be repeated a few times with different searches. For the first search, enter the following text into the search field.

~/.roescache


Step 5: When the folder pops up, select the entire folder and delete it. Depending on how your folder view is set up, the search may take you directly into the folder, so you will want to adjust your view so that you can select the folder itself to delete. You can do this by changing your folder view to the columns view, which is the button that looks like three vertical rectangles.


Step 6: Repeat Step 4 but this time enter the text below.

~/.dpimaging


Step 7: Delete the DPImaging folder in its entirety.


Step 8: Repeat Step 4 again but this time enter the text below.

~/.roesenginecache


Step 9: IF this folder shows up, delete it as well.


Step 10: Empty your trash and then head to www.prodpi.com/ordering to download a new version of the ROES ordering software.
