What we're doing in response to COVID-19

We are open and shipping orders for all products. For the safety of our staff, we are requiring strict physical distancing, temperature checks, and wearing masks while on-site. These measures do impact the number of staff available to produce orders each day and some orders may be delayed by a few days.

Customer service is available by phone, chat, or email to answer any questions you may have.

To all of our friends,

COVID-19 continues to impact us all in unprecedented ways. The Governor of Minnesota issued a Stay at Home order that started at 11:59 pm Friday, March 27th, and runs through 5 pm on Friday, April 10th.

For the health of our staff, their families and our community, we have closed down our production facilities until the Stay at Home order has been lifted. We want our staff to focus on staying home and healthy during these two weeks. All of our impacted staff will continue to receive full pay and benefits as if they were working during this time.

During this period, you can continue to place orders as you normally would. Customer service will be available by phone, chat or email to answer any questions you may have. Once the state order is lifted, we will be working seven days a week to print and ship orders in the order they were received. We will be ready to go when the order is lifted.

Our staff in non-production roles have been working from home for over two weeks now and will continue to work on the many exciting product and technology projects we have underway. We are continuing to do everything we can to serve our clients and keep looking forward.

To all of our friends,

COVID-19 is impacting everyone in unprecedented ways. The health and safety of our staff and their families is our top priority, and we are committed to taking care of them and our community.

As a small, family-run business, we’re committed to providing for our staff during these uncertain times. We have extended additional paid illness days for our staff to ensure no one comes to work if they are feeling ill and will be providing pay continuation for a period if any staff member needs to be away from work because of the impacts of COVID-19.

For our staff that need to be on-site to produce orders, we have taken significant measures to ensure their safety as we continue to produce and fulfill your orders. For those that can work from home, the majority started last week, and the rest will start working from home in the next couple of days.

As the COVID-19 situation continues to change rapidly, our plans may as well.

Currently, K-12 schools in both Minnesota and Wisconsin are closed or are closing this week. These closures will have an impact on our staff, and we are continuously modifying work schedules to spread shifts out and minimize the number of staff on-site at any given time. At this point, we are still able to produce 100% of our product line, but we do expect turnaround times to increase by a day or two as these shift schedule changes roll out.
