In-Lab times:

Most orders process and ship within 24 hours for orders placed by 3:00PM PST. Check each product in our price guide for more information on in-lab times for your product.
Due to the seasonal nature of the business, in-lab times may vary.

Rush Services:

We offer same day & 24 hour rush services on most products for a 100% fee in addition to all service charges. Please contact us for available services.

(Rush orders must be placed by 11:00 AM PST for guaranteed same day service.)

Shipping & Delivery to Studio:

We offer lab pickup at our facility in San Luis Obispo, CA .

For all order being shipped directly to your studio, we offer UPS 1-3 Day FREE shipping with a $12 minimum order.

We also offer Drop Shipping via UPS Ground and USPS with no order minimums.

• UPS 2 day air Upgrade w/ $12.00 order- $6.00

• UPS Next Day Air- ACTUAL UPS shipping charges.

Shipping Damage:

Though orders are carefully packaged and shipped, carrier damages may still occur. Please contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged package. We will make every effort to replace your order promptly.

• Please note ProDPI is NOT responsible for expedited shipping or rushed production due to carrier damages.

Pricing:

Pricing is subject to change as we are constantly adding new products and reassessing current ones. Please refer to our web site for our latest PDF price guide. ProDPI is NOT responsible for any typographical errors in this price guide, on our web site, or on any promotion materials distributed electronically or in print.

Borders, bleeds and printer cropping: Please keep all borders, bleeds and printer cropping in mind when designing your printed products. Printers will have varying tolerance and bleeds resulting in cropping and/or edges being removed. Images are slightly enlarged to avoid any white slivers from appearing on prints. Please allow for up to 1/8” on all four sides of your designs, borders, layouts, etc.

• ProDPI is NOT responsible for variances due to equipment tolerances.

All Sales Final:

Due to the nature of custom printing services all sales are final. We will not refund/remake orders becuase of design issues, incorrect product/service selection and/or any other order related item or mistake.

Remakes:

ProDPI will make every attempt to reprint an order to please the photographer. Please have your Invoice and/or Work order numbers ready upon contacting us. We archive all files/orders for up to 14 days, though we may request that files be re-uploaded. ProDPI will make every attempt to remake an order; credits to your account, NOT to your credit card will be available if necessary.

Cancellations:

Once you have received your Roes confirmation email your order has entered processing. Order cancellation must be done via telephone during normal customer service hours, or via email after hours.

• All attempts will be made to cancel your order; however, at times order processing may be too far along for cancellation.

Our Equipment & Materials

Photographic prints are produced on Fujimoto, Durst and Noritsu Digital Printers. Our output devices are carefully maintained by factory technicians on a regular basis.

• Fuji Crystal Archive Super Type PD, Professional Lustre Finish::  This paper is the newest evolution to Fujifilm’s family of professional color papers. Improving on their renowned Crystal Archive Paper technologies, print output results in more vivid color reproduction, plus improved highlight detail. Paired with Fuji’s Digital RA Pro chemistry, ProDPI obtains the highest Dmax and incredibly brilliant whites; the result is a sharper, crisper image.

• Kodak Endura Metallic Paper :: Its gloss finish and metallic appearance creates images with exceptionally unique visual interest & depth. It delivers rich, vibrant colors and flattering flesh tones.

• Fujicolor Crystal Archive Pearl Paper :: Developed exclusively for digital output, Pearl Paper yields high quality glossy digital prints with a distinctive pearl-like appearance, making it ideal for professional applications such as commercial, fashion and portrait photography.
