How do I use this calendar?

The deadlines listed represent the cut-off dates for submitting orders through ProDPI Roes depending on the product and shipping destination. All deadlines on this list are based on orders arriving by Christmas with standard shipping. If you are in the U.S. and you miss your deadline, upgraded shipping is available on most ProDPI products. We recommend placing your order by the deadlines listed to ensure that your orders arrive before Christmas. In-lab Rush services are available on certain products only. Please contact ProDPI customer service with any concerns.

What is the standard free studio shipping method? (USA)
Our standard studio shipping method in the USA is UPS 3-day select. This means that your order will arrive within 3 days (business days) once your order ships. All dates listed on the calendar above are based on standard shipping.

My order has already shipped. Can I still upgrade the shipping? (USA)
Unfortunately this is not a possibility. Once UPS has your package we cannot make any shipping adjustments. If you’re unsure as to which shipping upgrade to select when placing your order please contact us!

How do I track my order? (USA, Canada & Australia) 
If you did not receive your tracking number directly from UPS by email you can obtain one by logging into your ProDPI account at prodpiconnect.com. If your order was shipped postal we can track the postal scans and provide you with a projected delivery date. Projected delivery dates are not 100% because these shipments are processed through regular mail (USPS).

How do I cancel my order? (USA, Canada & Australia) 
We have very little time to cancel once an order has been received. If you need to cancel shortly after the order has been placed you can click the Roes Order Change/Cancel/Modification Form link in your confirmation email. Due to the nature of custom printing, if your order has already been printed it cannot be canceled and an invoice will need to be processed. If it is an emergency please call ProDPI customer service directly at 1-855-ProDPI-5. We do not guarantee that your order can be canceled if it has already been sent into production.

I need to upgrade my shipping on multiple studio orders. Can ProDPI combine these charges? (USA)
Shipping charges are always applied to each individual order because the cost is based on weight. There is a good chance that your studio orders could be combined into one package but the shipping charges (since they are based on weight) will be invoiced per order.

Can you ship the order directly to my client without billing information? (USA)
Yes. Drop shipping is available to US addresses for an additional fee. Selecting drop shipping in ProDPI Roes ensures that your order will go through our drop ship packaging department where all paperwork is removed. Full details: ProDPI drop shipping.

I have multiple orders being drop shipped to the same client. Can you combine these into one box with one drop ship charge? (USA)
For quality assurance purposes all drop ship orders are processed separately and shipped separately. This ensures that all invoicing information is removed before the order is packaged. We cannot combine drop ship orders or charges.

Can I request to have my order checked for errors? (USA, Canada & Australia) 
Yes. If you include a note in the Special Instructions area of ProDPI Roes, customer service will review your instructions and contact you with any issues before your order is sent into production.

My order arrived damaged. What happens now? (USA, Canada & Australia) 
Keep your packaging and contact us immediately! We will reprocess your order and ship it again at zero cost!

How do shipping upgrades work? (USA)
Upgraded shipping expedites the actual shipping time, not the processing time it will take in the lab. 2nd day air, Next Day Saver and Next Day Air services are based on deliveries made Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Upgrading your order to next day before the weekend does not mean your order will be delivered on Saturday, it means your order will arrive the following business day after it leaves the lab (usually the following Monday).

Can I request Next Day Saturday delivery? (USA)
Yes, but you need to contact us! Next Day Saturday is not available to every address. When you contact us we will check to see if this upgrade option is available in your area and if it is we will offer you a quote along with instructions on how to specify the upgrade in ProDPI Roes.

Which ProDPI products cannot be upgraded? (USA)
Fabric Wall Clings, Bamboo Panel Mounts, Metal Prints and Framed Prints.
