Time for spring cleaning! Our new version of roes makes clearing cache very easy!
1. In the lower left corner of roes, click on the blue question mark.
2. Click “Clear Caches”
3. Click “Clear Both Caches”
4. Click OK.
5. Roes will close and you can re-open it after this has completed.

Step 1. Go to your Control Panel
Step 2. Open “Java”
Step 3. Down in the “Temporary Internet Files” box click “View”
Step 4. Right click on the ProDPI roes icon and select “Install Shortcuts” If this option is grey, you have the shortcuts installed somewhere on your system. You can either search for them on your Desktop or click “Delete” and re-install ProDPI roes from our website.
Step 1. Go to Applications\Utilities\Java Preferences
1a. Some version os OS X will have the following path: Applications\Utilities\Java\Java Web Start
Step 2. Click on the “Network” tab from above
Step 3: Right click on the ProDPI roes icon and select “Install Shortcuts”. If this option is grey, you have the shortcuts installed somewhere on your system. You can either search for them on your Desktop or click “Delete” and re-install ProDPI roes from our website.
